Day 01: Arrival At Leh
Arrival Leh by morning flight and transfer to the hotel. After welcome drink take a complete rest for acclimatization to the height altitude of Leh (3500 mtrs). In the late afternoon drive to the city for an orientation walk in the markets, followed by a visit to Shanti Stupa, Leh palace and Sankar monastery. Dinner and overnight in Hotel.
Day 02: Leh - Alchi - Nimmu - Magnetic Hill - Leh
Full-day tour of the Lamayuru, PatherSahebGurudwara, Magnetic Hill, &AlchiChoskor, visiting the Lamayuru monastery with sheer grandeur and uniqueness of wood carving and statue is the oldest religious centre of Ladakh. The 11th century Alchihoskor is famous for its paintings and architecture. At Magnetic Hill it has been noticed that a vehicle parked on a neutral gear slides up-hill due to the magnetic force! After sightseeing and lunch here, drive back to Leh, en-route visiting LikirGompa. On arrival at Leh check in hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Leh - Pangong Lake
Early departure for PangongTso (Lake) via Chang-la pass, the third highest motorable road in the world, about two-third of which lies on the other side of the Indo-China Border for sightseeing and lunch at the lakeside, drive back to Leh for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Pangong Lakek – Hemis - Thiksey & Shey Palace - Leh
Leave Tangtse after breakfast and retrace the road to Leh across the Changla Pass. Upon reaching Karu, drive across the Indus and visit Hemis Monastery, the biggest and most famous monastery of Ladakh, and then return to the highway for onward journey to Leh, en-route visiting Thiksey Monastery. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
Day 05: Leh - Khardungla Pass - Nubra
After breakfast drive to Khardong-La , the world’s topmost motorable road according to reports of Border Roads Organisation. On the drive back from the pass, you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Indus Valley and the endless peaks of the Zanskar range. ArriveHunder where you can enjoy the bauble hump camel ride. Explore the markets for the rest of the day and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 06: Nubra - Leh
In the morning, drive to Deskit (headquarters of Nubra) for sightseeing of Deskit, Hundar and the Sand Dunes. Drive back to Leh to explore the local markets & visit Shanti Stupa, Tsemo Castle. Spend a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07: Leh Departure
Early morning drop at the airport for taking the flight back home with everlasting holiday experiences.
